Jerry was able to send three pictures from their trip to Kiev:

#1   A  blown up Russian tank just outside Kiev

#2   Another Russian military vehicle full of shrapnel holes from Ukrainian expolsives - the tanks actually got inside of  Kiev before they were repelled...

#3   You can see all of these burned out military vehicles and bombings are just outside of Kiev which is on the horizon as we enter the City.

Heart breaking to see the destruction from the war. So glad you and Rolfe are safe and friends in Kev are with you. It must be difficult to witness this first hand. Blessings , Marilyn

Good Morning Jerry and Rolfe - the devastation is so heartbreaking. I thought I would send this interview from CNN of a Russian Journalist who is reporting about the Russian people, how they are getting the "real" news about the war and the "fake" news that Putin is putting putting out there. One portion of it raised a real red flag - the Russians are tricking fleeing Ukrainians onto buses they think are heading to refugee camps; the buses are actually taking them into the areas the Russians are trying to occupy. The journalist says that many Russians, especially the younger ones, are getting the facts out to the rest of the population. That is good to hear. I am praying for you, Rolfe, our Ukrainian and Russian family each day. May God's eternal Grace and Peace be with you. Much love - anita Here's the link to the CNN interview: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/russian-journalist-gives-update-on-what-russians-are-hearing-about-war/vi-AAWxkSR?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=U531&cvid=c25ee1df4fb446e58cf7dfbe333b4382
