We walked to church this morning and just now loaded up the car to head to Kiev...   Sirens went off during the Service and everybody was given the option to head to the basement but we all looked around and just kept the Worship going!  It is so good to be with saints- they look at everything differently than the World!   We probably won't be into Kiev until 8 or so tonight ...      (it's 10 hours later there, so about noon in Seattle)

I’m glad you’re safe, and got to worship. It’s so good to be in the presence of God, friends and family.
Lord God, You are all-powerful and all-good. Thank you for reminding us that people with power may attempt to use it for bad purposes, and employ awful methods. Please heal Mr. Putin’s heart. Please heal people who desire dominance over others at any cost. Please heal the people and infrastructure of Ukraine. Please help Mr. Zelenskyy and other leaders to make good decisions and prevail. Our friends have endured this war and terrible consequences for so long… please end it by noon.
